A 5 Gallon Glass Carboy w/out a Burton Union -A picture of our 5 gallon Carboy fermenting showing a serious Blow Over. We lost close to a 1/2 gallon of Beer just in the first 4 days of fermentation. This was just one of four beers that we had going at one time. Yes, there were tears as we said goodbye to some very fine beer. |
